This gives us the possibility to ramp up or down project resources as required in a short time frame to adapt to new project conditions (e.g. changes in deadlines or requirements). With our near-shore advantage we are able to deliver significant cost bene fits without sacrificing the control of the projects or increasing the pressure on our customer’s management staff to interface with our teams.
Software Development Services Agreement This agreement defines the legal and logistics basis of the way we deliver a project. In addition, we rely on a Project Services Agreement that specifies all projectrelated requirements.

Customer Intimacy
We have strict internal policies to ensure that the work we do for our individual customer remains confidential. Of course, we can also establish secure communication mechanisms with our clients, including VPN and leased lines with restricted use to the appropriate teams.
